Why isn't my download working?
Make sure you're using a valid X/Twitter URL. The post must be publicly accessible (not from a private account). Some content may also be region-restricted or removed.
What formats are supported?
Videos are downloaded in MP4 format. Space audio is downloaded as 192 kbps MP3. Video and broadcast links can also be saved as MP3 by choosing Audio. GIFs are downloaded as MP4 video files (how X stores them).
Is there a file size limit?
We can handle most content, but very long Spaces (several hours) may take longer to process.
