By accessing and using X Media Downloader ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
X Media Downloader is a free tool that allows users to download publicly available media content (videos, audio from Spaces, and GIFs) from X/Twitter for personal use.

Sponsorships are separate from the free download service. Each placement costs $100 USD per calendar month and renews automatically until canceled. The bottom placement includes desktop and mobile banner sizes under one subscription. Submitting a banner does not reserve inventory or start billing. We review the creative and destination before checkout; an approved submission is subject to availability when checkout begins. An approved banner is published after payment is confirmed.
You may cancel renewal from your private management page or Stripe billing portal. A canceled subscription remains active through its paid billing period, after which the banner is removed and the placement becomes available again. A calendar month is not always 30 days. Failed payments do not extend the paid display period. Keep your private management link secure: anyone with it can manage your campaign.
You must own or have permission to use your banner and promote the linked destination. We do not accept scams, malware, phishing, fake download buttons, misleading claims, unlawful content, or abusive content. Banners and destination changes require approval. We may reject submissions or suspend ads that violate these requirements. Contact us about review decisions or billing concerns.
Each subscription buys the selected placement, not a guaranteed number of impressions, clicks, sales, or unique visitors. Reporting is approximate and may include automated traffic. Agents using the sponsorship API follow the same approval, payment, and cancellation rules as other advertisers.
We do not claim ownership of any content downloaded through our Service. All content belongs to its respective creators and rights holders. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to download and use any content.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
This Service interacts with X/Twitter to retrieve content. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. Your use of X/Twitter content is also subject to their terms of service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
